Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How long can I expect to come to therapy?

The duration of therapy varies from person to person and depends on various factors. While some individuals might find a few sessions sufficient to address their concerns, others may require a more extended period to achieve their therapeutic goals. Therefore, there is no predetermined timeline for therapy, and we will collaborate to determine the most suitable duration for your specific needs and circumstances.
Ultimately, the decision of whether to continue therapy and for how long is up to you. Together, we can collaborate to help you make an informed decision that aligns with your needs and goals. There’s no right or wrong answer, just the one that’s right for you.

2. What insurance do you take?

I currently take Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Aetna.

3. What if I can’t afford your rate?

Please don’t let my fee be a hindrance to reaching out to me. In my experience, I have been able to work out a mutually acceptable arrangement with most of my clients.
However, if we can’t come to an agreement, I can provide you with referrals to other therapists who may be better suited to meet your financial needs.
